Registration Rates
Registration includes speaker talks, poster session, catered breakfast and lunch on Friday, catered breakfast and sack lunch on Saturday, and transportation to/from our field tour.
- Regular: $200
- Students and Retirees: $120
Cost of lodging is not included in registration rates above. Lodging must be purchased individually. There is a room block available onsite at the Best Western Inn at the following rates:

- Rates Listed are for two people per room. Additional rate per person is $15.00
- All rates are subject to applicable tax (currently at 9.5%).

- Please note check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am.

- Mention the OSSS 2025 Winter Meeting when booking to be sure your room is available in our block.
- Alternatively the Historic Hood River Hotel has a shared bunkouse with more affordable lodging options. Please book individually here as well.

- 8am – Catered breakfast
- 9am-12pm Morning session
- 12-1pm Catered lunch
- 1-3:30pm Afternoon session
- 3:45-5pm Membership meeting
- 4-5pm Poster session / mixer (bar with drinks available for purchase)
- 5:15pm Silent Auction Begins
- 6pm Dinner on your own
Saturday March 16th – McKenzie River Field Tour
- Breakfast
- Field Tour. Sack lunch provided
- 3pm Depart – See you at the 2025 Field Tour!
